From the traditional Galician recipe book to our tables, the herbal liqueur stands out for its color and intensity on the palate. Its digestive properties make it the perfect accompaniment for long after-meals with the family.
The maceration of a mixture of herbs and spices in slightly sweetened pomace brandy allows us to obtain this delicious and intense liqueur. The herbs give it, in addition to its characteristic color, a particular aroma, fresh and pleasant, and a delicious flavor. It is served cold between 8 and 10 °C.
The Herbal Liqueur pairs with desserts and sweets of all kinds.
