Silviño is made with the Mencía variety, from the P.G.I. Castile and León. After the selection of the grapes in the vineyard, it is made in stainless steel tanks with temperature control to carry out the alcoholic fermentation in the best conditions. Then, malolactic fermentation is made to obtain a well-balanced wine.
Cherry red colour with violet hums.
Good intensity, with hints of red red fruits.
Glyceric entry, balanced acidity balanced acidity.
Reminiscent of red fruits.
