Val do Inferno
To enjoy with old friends
Val do Inferno is a very balanced, light and fresh ribeiro, the result of an elegant combination of white grapes, a coupage of treixadura, palomino and loureira. This makes it the perfect option to share with lifelong friends in informal meetings, dinners and lunches.
After a prefermentative cryomaceration of the crushed grapes, the best musts are obtained, which are racked to eliminate the coarsest particles. Subsequently, and after being racked, they ferment at a low temperature to preserve all their aromas.

Val do Inferno pairs very well with shellfish, white fish and appetizers.

Straw yellow colour with golden hues. Clean and bright.
Smell
Frank and intense in the nose. Rich in white fruit aromas with citric background. With dried grass and white flowers notes.
Letter Notes
It is livid, intense and sweet in the mouth. Fresh and balanced. Of long and pleasant finish.
